About the Elm City Downtown Development Corporation (EDDC)

The Elm City Downtown Development Corporation (EDDC) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to revitalizing and strengthening the heart of Downtown Elm City. Through matching grants starting at $500, we help property and business owners enhance their buildings, improve curb appeal, and invest in the future of our community.

Elm City is a vibrant town full of potential — and the EDDC’s goal is to spark a brighter flame of growth, redevelopment, and entrepreneurship through collaboration and community pride.

Grant Details:
EDDC funds are limited and will be awarded based on project feasibility and community impact. Grants will cover up to 50% of total project costs and will be distributed upon project completion.
